ZK series linear vibrating screen works:
Linear vibrating screen dual motor drive, when the two motors do synchronized reverse rotation, the eccentric block of the exciting force generated by mutually offset in a direction parallel to the motor axis, and stacked in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft as a force and therefore the sifter's trajectory is a straight line. Two motor shaft relative to the screen surface inclination, under the joint effect of the self-gravity of the excitation force and materials, the material in the screen surface toss, jump forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classification of materials . The pipeline can be used to automate the job. It has a low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust. Highest sieving mesh 325 mesh, screening seven different granular materials.

1, the sieve box: by several types of different thickness steel plate welded together, has a certain strength and stiffness, is the major component of the screening machine.
2,  Screen frame: pine or deformation amount smaller wood, mainly used to keep the screen flat, reaching the normal screening.
3,  Screen: There are a few kinds of low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire mesh.
4, the vibration motor: (use and maintenance methods detailed vibration motor manual).
5,  The motor pedestal: Install vibration motor, connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially the new screen machine trial three days before, and must be repeated fastening, so as not to loose causing the accident.
6, the damping spring: stop the vibration to the ground, while supporting the entire weight of the sieve box, the installation, the springs must be perpendicular to the ground.
7,  Bracket: four pillars and two channel support screen box, pillar installation must be perpendicular to the ground, the two pillars below the channel should be parallel to each other.
